Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of DoneRight Concord Landscaping, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Services Provided
DoneRight Concord Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any lawful reason.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. If site conditions differ from what was initially assessed, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If legal action is necessary to collect payment, you agree to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance services, 30 days written notice is required to terminate service.
6. Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. Please ensure that pets are secured and any valuable or fragile items are removed from the work area. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other items not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning. You must notify us of any hazardous conditions on your property.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Plant materials are guaranteed for 30 days from installation date, provided they receive proper care and adequate water. Labor is guaranteed for 90 days. Warranty does not cover damage from severe weather, pests, disease, or improper maintenance. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period.
8. Limitation of Liability
DoneRight Concord Landscaping carries general liability insurance for your protection. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for existing conditions, hidden defects, or items not disclosed prior to beginning work.
9. Weather and Force Majeure
Service schedules may be affected by weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of delays and reschedule services as quickly as possible. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and creative work product remain the intellectual property of DoneRight Concord Landscaping unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other projects without written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
